The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a regulation designed to strengthen data protection for residents of the EEA (European Economic Area) which includes the EU, Iceland, Lichtenstein, and Norway. The regulation will be going into effect on May 25, 2018. Supportbench is dedicated to data protection and GDPR compliance. We are now offering a GDPR compliant Data Processing Addendum to customers (see below).
For existing Supportbench customers, if your use of our service requires Supportbench to process personal data falling within the scope of the GDPR, please review and accept our Data Processing Addendum within the GDPR section under billing and invoices. A copy of the Data Processing Addendum is available here for review.
