Please have a review of all of the new features and improvements.  Some notable features are shown below.

Within the case list options, ability to toggle whether to display closed cases within the agent lists

To make things easier for anyone to look at previously closed cases for agents, you can now toggle an option to show all closed cases within the agent lists.

Ability to resize pasted images within WebKit browsers

You can now resize pasted images within Webkit browsers such as Chrome, MS Edge, and Opera.

New + button within activity header to more quickly add an attachment

You can now click on the plus button when creating a new activity that will attach a file rather than go to the files tab section.

JIRA creation panel is now within a side list

• [SB-1218] - Last JIRA project is now auto-selected on issue creation panel
• [SB-1233] - Include files attached with activity into the JIRA issue
• [SB-1235] - Agent status within large agent drop downs were very slow to load including widgets and agent lists
• [SB-1237] - New + button within activity header to more quickly add an attachment
• [SB-1238] - Ability to resize pasted images within WebKit browsers
• [SB-1239] - When pasting images within the editor, set a max-size of 700px on the img
• [SB-1241] - Add Source button to profile signature editor
• [SB-1243] - If an email is on an exclusion list, the email exclusions will be displayed within the audit trail
• [SB-1248] - When doing bulk case replies, the reply from address is now the default division

• [SB-1220] - Within the case list options, ability to toggle whether to display closed cases within the agent lists

Bug

• [SB-1211] - When you send a notification via a workflow to the sender, separate notifications are sent and not included within the TO list
• [SB-1212] - The mobile update case view would sometimes does not load
• [SB-1213] - Ability to trigger a workflow based on incoming from addresses
• [SB-1214] - Ability to trigger a workflow based on incoming domain
• [SB-1215] - Case list grouping columns are not formatted correctly especially when 2 or more columns are grouped
• [SB-1216] - Views are sometimes not editable if you are not a global view editor
• [SB-1221] - Case views exporting to excel would disregard the option "export only visible cases"
• [SB-1232] - Case summary screen within JIRA was not loading
• [SB-1234] - Assignee and Reporter lists were not loading within JIRA issue creation screen
• [SB-1236] - Merge list within the bulk action in the case list did not load
• [SB-1242] - New email activities were still being created even when TO and CC fields were empty
• [SB-1244] - Agent status logging and viewing was causing slow page load times
• [SB-1245] - JIRA SB panels within JIRA are not loading
• [SB-1246] - Templates were showing ALL teams , agents, regardless of their primary team association
• [SB-1247] - Case list grouping was not displaying properly
