Sometimes it may be necessary to merge one case into another. This might be because it was a duplicate, or you wanted to roll up several cases into one. Supportbench supports merging both in bulk and individually as well as the ability to un-merge or rollback into the original case.
1. Navigate to Configuration > Customers > Companies 2. Navigate into the company you'd like to merge (Company A) 3. Click on the Merge button here and choose what company you'd like to merge into (Company B)
4.Merge company A into Company B and only Company B remains.
