Change your default case list view

If you find that you need more information than the default case list of cases you own, you can set a custom view.

How to change your case list view

  1. Go to your case list by clicking on the "Cases" link on the top navigation.
     
  2. On the right hand toolbar, click on the options icon.


     
  3. Select the tab Default "case options", and select the view you want to set as the default from the "default case list view" drop down.

How to reset it back to your own cases

  1. Follow the steps above.
     
  2. Select the option "My assigned cases" from the default view drop down.
