How To Add And Search Your Contacts When Creating An Activity

Sometimes it might be nessesary to add multiple email addresses from your contacts to your outgoing emails. 

Add Contact Emails To Your Outgoing Email Activities

1. When creating a new activity or new case, look for the TO/CC/BCC headings on the left hand panel.
   
   
    
2. Click on the heading to bring up the search panel.
    
3. Search for an existing active contact within the system.
    
4. Click on the contacts you wish to add.  You will see their email addresses be inserted into the bottom panel.
