What are desktop notifications?

Supportbench notifications are automatic push notifications that are sent from Supportbench. Additionally, supportbench has the capability to send you email notifications right to your accounts associated email address. Supportbenches desktop notifications keep your agents engaged and in the know.

What are the benefits?

• Push Notifications are instant and always delivered

Never miss a notification while using Supportbench. Desktop notifications are always delivered so your agents will always know what cases and inbound email replies are coming in and from who. This allows agents to increase their first response time as they will immediately get a notification. 

• Improved communication

Use Supportbenches Messaging and Notifications feature to send instant notifications across your entire instance, communicating with all agents. Or segment your notifications per team! 

How to use desktop notifications:

1. Go to Configuration > Messaging and Notifications > New Message
2. Fill in your desired team, notification priority and content
   
3. Hit save changes, and the notification will send!
