Unrestrict Cases Being Viewed from Communities Restricted By Division

Communities are powerful way to give information to your customers.  By restricting a community by a division, you can control what content and cases can be seen from a particular community. 

It may be the case, however, where you require a way to restrict content, but still allow all cases the customer created to be visible from the community. 

To Unrestrict Cases from a Community

  1. Click on “Configuration → Self-service → Your community”.
  2. From the configuration tab, scroll down until you see the heading “Settings”.
  3. Check the setting  Unrestrict Cases

  4. Save your community and your customers will be able to see all cases regarless of division within the resticted community.
