Supportbench includes lots of fields in its default state for Cases, Companies, Contacts, and Articles. However, you can always create new fields and add them to the various areas of Supportbench depending on what your business needs are.
The type of field to assign it to. The following field types are supported:
- Checkbox: A yes no box allowing you to ask a question. - Dropdown: A customizable drop down list that lets you let the user select a list of values. - Dropdown Multi-select: A customizable drop down list that lets you let the user select multiple values. - Tags: A text box which allows you to add keywords and report on them later for easier analysis. - Textbox: A text box giving the user a single line to store information in. - Textbox Multi-row: A multiple line text box to give the user more information to store. - URL: A url that will go to a website and create a click able box to easily get to that url.
