Deny portal access to selective contacts

It may be necessary to disable community portal access to already registered contacts within the system.

How to disable access

  1. Search for a contact within the search on the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on the contact.
  3. Within the contact, click on the update icon on the right side of the menu.

  4. Within the contact settings, select the community / portal tab and select the “Disabled” for the “Access” setting.

  5. Save the contact settings.
